The video card would be the easiest route I agree. Time for a cleaning anyway. So, either I need to know how to force install in Vista, or actually find the video driver for Vista 64 bit, which I think doesnt exist according to any post on rmachines net Ive found. Yea, according to Intel the support was discontinued after XP so no drivers. I know in XP you could pick whatever driver you wanted and tell it to install with it giving a warning but eventually installing it.
